Payment Management 

Requests may be made for bad pages that are printed due to toner problems, printer jams, etc. Print Credit Requests must be turned in the same day the document printed. 

If the lab is staffed, the user must turn in the damaged pages to the Lab Assistant handing out printouts. 

If the lab is not staffed, the user must turn in the damaged pages to the Lab Assistant handing out printouts in the Library Learning Commons. 

The request will be reviewed within three business days (Monday through Friday). If it is determined that a credit is owed, then it will be applied to your UNO printing account, enabling the printing of an equivalent number of pages at no charge. 

The decision regarding your request for credit will be emailed to your UNO account. There are no refunds for Library Guest accounts.
